Combining the Minnesota Food charter with the launch of the YouthCafe movement brought ¬†food justice issues to the community in a very delicious way. A night of teen talent, food harvested from blocks away and prepared to perfection by Chef Eric Austin (Big E) helped North Minneapolis get on the state of Minnesota’s Food Charter map. . more here
